We understand that small businesses have individual needs and often require a bespoke service, with that in mind we have developed the following services that can be amended to suit you.
Ad Hoc Tasks
One off or small/short projects that do not require a regular time allocation. Good for those admin tasks that have run away from you or a process or that needs setting up but not maintaining. Tasks and time required to be agreed at free client consultation
Regular Tasks
For tasks that are required on a weekly or monthly basis and generally have a fixed time allocated which can be as little as 1 hour. Good for tasks such as weekly or monthly invoicing, newsletters or data input. Tasks and time required to be agreed at free client consultation
Weekly Support
For businesses wanting more substantial support for a fixed amount of hours a week. Initial tasks and time required to be agreed at free client consultation and can be amended as needed
An hourly rate of £27 applies to all services.
You will be invoiced on completion of agreed task or timescale for ad hoc tasks, or monthly for regular or weekly support. Invoices are to be paid on receipt.
If more time is needed to complete the work than agreed at consultation, we will discuss this with you before continuing past the agreed hours and will only continue with your written consent.
